in pen input devices, including Pen Tablets and Pen Keyboards. Currently, we are the only
company regularly shipping Pen Keyboards in volume. We are the leading manufacturer in the
exploding China market, and we are well positioned to capture a major share of the
emerging global market, including Europe, North America, and Japan markets. We believe 40% to 60% of all new personal computers will soon be shipped with pens such as our SuperPen™ Pen Tablets and PenKeyboards. This represents a market of up to 60 million units a year, on top of an after market based on hundreds of millions of installed PC’s. our software is small, simple, stable, and easy to use; and our high-quality hardware is
sturdy, precise, and made of low-cost materials. No wonder our products are highly

In our experience, almost all of the user problems can be handled successfully over the telephone by asking the user to do simple and clear diagnostics. | The best infrastructure in the world for PC and peripheral
manufacturing is found in Taiwan and China. In this area, we select and train the best
suppliers and other manufacturing partners to enhance our own manufacturing capability. We
make sure they both maintain high quality and are highly profitable by using a process
that minimizes re-work, material loss, and testing. This is why our partners prefer to

| Our marketing and sales staff seeks out partners that are
capable and willing to penetrate the pen market. Many customers of ours are surprised at
the versatility of our pens, while we are constantly surprised at the applications our
customers put our pens to. For example, many system integrators are including Pen Tablets or Pen Keyboards in their turnkey systems for (1)signature capturing and verification for banking and insurance companies, (2)predafined one-touch functions on the Tablet for point of sale sysems, or (3)drawing packagws and games in education markets.
